Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Amendments to Articles 13 and 24 of the Federal Law On the Basic Principles of State Regulation of Foreign Trade Activities and Articles 1 and 3 of the Federal Law On Gas Exports.
The amendments to the Federal Law expand the list of actors engaged in foreign economic activity that will have the right to export liquefied natural gas.
