Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Protocol Amending the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Trade and Economic Cooperation in Oil and Oil Product Supply to the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 9, 2010.
The Protocol was signed in Moscow on December 24, 2013, and it sets forth the procedures for counter-deliveries of oil and oil products.
