The President signed Federal Law On Amendments to Article 7 of Federal Law On State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom Regarding the Authority to Inspect Design Documents for Nuclear Facilities Built Outside the Russian Federation as well as to Examine the Results of Engineering Surveys Conducted for Such Design Documentation.
The Federal Law vests State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom with the authority to inspect design documents for nuclear facilities built outside the Russian Federation in accordance with international agreements of the Russian Federation, as well as to examine the results of engineering surveys conducted for the design documentation.
