Pskov Region Governor Mikhail Vedernikov reported to Vladimir Putin on ongoing relief efforts after freezing rain that left over 20,000 people without electricity.
The Governor praised the concerted efforts of all the services involved, primarily the Emergencies Ministry. Some 6,000 people currently remain without power supply. All consequences of bad weather conditions will be eliminated by the end of the day on January 4.
