The President signed an Executive Order On Amendments to Executive Order No. 416 of the President of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2022 On Using Special Economic Measures in the Fuel and Energy Sector in Connection with Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations.
Under the amendment, a share in the charter capital of the company, which was not transferred to a shareholder of the company, is subject to evaluation and sale by the Government of the Russian Federation. The sale of this share shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure determined by the Government of the Russian Federation to a Russian legal entity corresponding to the criteria defined by this procedure.
The Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to bring its acts into line with the current Executive Order.
