The President approved a list of instructions following an inspection report on the implementation of Presidential instructions to create a socially-oriented system of gas infrastructure development and gas supply to the population of Russia.
The instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation, together with regional executive bodies and Gazprom, deal with defining the order of priority in terms of gas supply to subsidized consumers, especially participants in the special military operation and their family members, as well as support for low-income citizens in purchasing and installing gas equipment; expanding the staffing and technical resources at gas distribution organisations, and eliminating the shortcomings identified by the Presidential Control Directorate.
The Russian Popular Front was advised to keep the situation with social gasification under control.
