Dmitry Medvedev signed Executive Order relieving Alexei Kuzmitsky of his duties as Kamchatka Territory Governor ahead of term.
By his Executive Order Dmitry Medvedev accepted resignation of the Governor and appointed Vladimir Ilyukhin Acting Governor until the person vested with powers of Kamchatka Territory Governor takes office.
The Executive Order comes into force upon its signing.
