Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Federal Law on Traffic Safety and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation.
The amendments concern clear distribution of powers and responsibilities among federal executive authorities, regional authorities within Russia’s federal constituent entities, and municipal authorities with regard to ensuring traffic safety.
