Vladimir Putin signed a list of instructions following a meeting on relocating citizens from unfit housing, held on April 16, 2013.
The instructions to the Government concern, in particular, extending the operation of the Housing and Utilities Reform Facilitation Fund until October 1, 2017, and the conditions under which the fund provides financial support to the regions to enable them to meet their obligations to relocate citizens from unfit housing by September 30, 2017.
The Government and the regional executive authorities have been instructed to revise and improve their coordinated action plan to relocate all people concerned within the set deadlines.
