The President signed Federal Law On Amending Article 18 of Federal Law On Common Principles for Organising Legislative (Representative) and Executive Government Agencies within the Federal Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation.
The Federal Law stipulates that the head of a Russian federal constituent entity (the head of the highest executive government agency of a Russian federal constituent entity) cannot hold this office for more than two consecutive terms.
