Vladimir Putin signed the Executive Order On Ending the Governor of Perm Territory’s Mandate Ahead of Term.
Following Governor of Perm Territory Viktor Basargin’s request to step down ahead of term, the President accepted his resignation and appointed Maxim Reshetnikov acting Governor of Perm Territory until an elected governor assumes office.
