Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Magomedsalam Magomedov paid a working visit to Perm Territory where he took part in the All-Russian National Unity Forum.
During his working visit to Perm Territory, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Magomedsalam Magomedov conducted a working meeting with Perm Territory Governor Maxim Reshetnikov and Head of the Federal Agency for Ethnic Affairs Igor Barinov. During the meeting, the officials reviewed the socio-economic, public and political situation in the territory and discussed in detail issues of ethnic relations.
Mr Magomedov took part in the plenary session of the All-Russian National Unity Forum. The forum has been held annually in Perm Territory since 2014. This time it brought together 800 participants from 50 Russian regions.
In his speech, Mr Magomedov noted that the President’s decisions on ethnic relations have made it possible to make a transition to the systematic implementation of Government ethnic policy, promote cooperation of Government bodies at all levels and create a consistent and positive trend on enhancing civic unity and ethnic accord in the country.
