President of Russia Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi visited the Far East Street exhibition held on the embankment of Ajax Bay, Russky Island, as part of the fifth Eastern Economic Forum. Vladimir Putin and Narendra Modi visited the Buryatia, Kamchatka and Primorye displays, as well as the display of Russian made Helicopters.
At the exhibition, 11 Far East regions are presenting their economic capability, opportunities for tourism, cultural traditions, as well as showing their current and prospective investment projects. In addition, there are themed pavilions and displays supported by federal ministries including the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Nature and the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic.
Prior to visiting the exhibition, Vladimir Putin had a brief conversation with FIFA President Gianni Infantino, who mentioned, among other things, his plans to open a football school at Far Eastern Federal University.
