The President signed Executive Order On the Early Termination of Mandate of the Kaluga Region Governor.
Following the request of Kaluga Region Governor Anatoly Artamonov to step down from his post ahead of term, the President accepted Mr Artamonov’s resignation and appointed Vladislav Shapsha Acting Governor of the Kaluga Region until an elected Governor takes office.
