Vladimir Putin approved a list of instructions following a meeting with employees of the Northwestern Regional Centre of the Almaz-Antey Aerospace Defence Corporation – Obukhov Plant, held on January 18, 2023.
The instruction to the Russian Federation Government, together with the Almaz-Antey Aerospace Defence Corporation, concerns the inclusion of organisations that are part of the Northwestern Regional Centre of the Almaz-Antey Aerospace Defence Corporation – Obukhov Plant in the list of organisations to be serviced by the Federal Medical-Biological Agency.
The St Petersburg City Government, together with the Northwestern Regional Centre of the Almaz-Antey Aerospace Defence Corporation – Obukhov Plant, were given recommendations regarding the transfer of the site for building the Ice Palace of Sports of the Obukhov Plant and co-financing this construction.
