Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Amendments to the Federal Law On Political Parties.
Under the law, political parties not represented in the State Duma or regional legislative assemblies are granted the right to take part at least once a year in plenary sessions of the State Duma or the respective regional legislative assemblies.
The law sets out the procedures for inviting representatives of these parties to such sessions and giving them speaking time.
