Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Amending the Federal Law On the Basic Guarantees of Electoral Rights and the Right to Participate in Referendums for Citizens of the Russian Federation.
The amendments are intended to improve the procedures for candidates nomination and registration in single-seat and multi-seat constituencies at regional elections.
