Dmitry Medvedev signed Federal Law On Amending Article 23 of the Law on Employment in the Russian Federation.
The Federal Law is aimed at broadening employment opportunities for unemployed individuals officially recognised as parents, adoptive parents or foster parents of disabled children and providing priority rights for this category of citizens to vocational training, retraining, and advanced training.
