Vladimir Putin approved a list of instructions following the December 17, 2020 annual news conference.
Instructions for the Government have to do with the indexation of pensions for working pensioners, the overhaul and construction of dormitories for the students of vocational schools, as well as the issuance of certificates to those who have been vaccinated with a Russian vaccine against COVID-19 and international recognition of these certificates.
The Government and regional executive authorities are to take additional measures to inform people about the social payments they are entitled to and to monitor the provision of these support measures to citizens.
It has been recommended that the Russian Popular Front analyse people’s requests submitted within the framework of the President’s annual news conference on December 17, 2020, and forward its conclusions to the Presidential Executive Office, the Government, as well as to the relevant federal and regional bodies of executive authority for making decisions on them.
