Vladimir Putin signed the Executive Order On Compulsory State Life and Health Insurance for Citizens of the Russian Federation Serving in Volunteer Units.
The Executive Order provides insurance guarantees in the form of compensation to citizens of the Russian Federation who serve (served) in volunteer units assisting in the performance of tasks assigned to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during mobilisation, martial law, wartime, armed conflicts and counter-terrorist operations, as well as during the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation outside Russia.
