The President signed the Federal Law On Amending Article 23 of the Federal Law on Conscription and Military Duty.
The Federal Law specifies the grounds for exemption from conscription into military service for citizens who have performed military duty in another state.
The Federal Law states that citizens who have served in the military in another state are exempt from military conscription in cases stipulated by the Russian Federation’s international agreements.
