Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on Cooperation in Military Postal and Courier Service.
The agreement was signed in Dushanbe on February 27, 2017.
The agreement is aimed at creating a legal framework regulating the issues of Russian-Tajikistani cooperation in postal and courier service in order to ensure the timely delivery and protection of military correspondence for military units at the Russian military base in the Republic of Tajikistan.
