The President signed he Federal Law On Amendments to Federal Law On Military Duty and Military Service.
The Federal Law aims to improve the quality of the Russian Armed Forces personnel, other troops, military units and bodies by ensuring citizens’ compliance with the professional psychological fitness requirements.
The Federal Law stipulates holding events for professional psychological selection of citizens, in particular, during military registration, conscription to military service, admission to military professional educational organisations, as well as carrying out the professional psychological selection of citizens and foreign citizens upon admission to contract military service.
