Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Amendments to Articles 34 and 40 of the Federal Law on Military Duty and Military Service.
Thus, the Federal Law states that foreign citizens may take advantage of their right to sign military service contracts only once, and that they shall have the right to sign another contract only after becoming citizens of the Russian Federation.
