Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On a One-time Payment to Certain Categories of Military Personnel.
In order to provide social support to certain categories of military personnel, the President resolved to make a one-time payment of 15,000 rubles to the military personnel serving under a contract, as well as cadets of military professional educational organisations and military higher education institutions who did not sign a military service contract.
