The President signed the Federal Law On Ratifying the Protocol Extending the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on Notification of Ballistic Missile and Space Rocket Carrier Launches, of October 13, 2009.
The Federal Law ratifies the Protocol, signed in Moscow and in Beijing on December 15, 2020, to extend the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on Notification of Ballistic Missile and Space Rocket Carrier Launches, of October 13, 2009.
Under the Protocol, the term of the Agreement has been extended until December 16, 2030.
