The message reads, in part:

“This is a great honour and recognition of your special achievements, mass heroism and bravery, fortitude and courage shown in protecting the Fatherland and Russia’s state interests.

The skilful and resolute actions of the brigade’s personnel in the course of the special military operation are an example of fulfilling your military duty, bravery, selflessness and high professionalism.

I am convinced that you, Guards soldiers, will remain loyal to your oath, serve the Motherland with honour, reliably ensuring the security and peaceful life of our citizens.”
