The President signed Executive Order On Awarding an Honorary Designation to the 100th Separate Reconnaissance Brigade.
For mass heroism and bravery, fortitude and courage shown by the brigade personnel in combat operations to protect the Fatherland and state interests in armed conflicts, the President resolved to award the honorary Guards designation to the 100th Separate Reconnaissance Brigade. From now on, it shall be referred to as the 100th Separate Guards Reconnaissance Brigade.
