Late on Tuesday night, Vladimir Putin met with Defence Minister Andrei Belousov, Chief of the General Staff and First Deputy Defence Minister Valery Gerasimov, and military district commanders.
Those present at the meeting reported to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief on the progress of the special military operation and plans for continued action.
After the general consultation, the President heard the participants’ reports and held several one-on-one meetings.
