Vladimir Putin signed the Executive Order On Conferring the Honorary Guards Designation on the 568th Red Banner Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment.
For mass heroism and courage, fortitude and bravery shown by the regiment’s personnel in combat operations to defend the Fatherland and state interests in armed conflicts, the President has conferred the honorary Guards designation on the 568th Red Banner Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment. Henceforth, it shall be referred to as the 568th Guards Red Banner Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment.
