Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On Termination of Office and Discharge from Service in the Russian Federation Ministry of Defence.
The President signed Executive Order relieving State Secretary – Deputy Defence Minister Nikolai Pankov, First Deputy Defence Minister Ruslan Tsalikov, and Deputy Defence Minister Tatyana Shevtsova of their posts.
Army General Pavel Popov was also relieved of his position as Deputy Defence Minister of the Russian Federation and discharged from service.
