Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On Appointment in the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation.
The President signed Executive Order appointing Oleg Savelyev Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation – Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Defence, relieving him of his previous position. Pavel Fradkov was also appointed Deputy Defence Minister, also being relieved of his previous position.
