The President signed Executive Order On Conferring an Honorary Designation on the 12th Missile Brigade.
For mass heroism and bravery, fortitude and courage displayed by the brigade’s personnel during combat operations to defend the Fatherland and state interests in conditions of armed conflicts, the President conferred the honorary Guards designation on the 12th Missile Brigade. From now on, it shall be referred to as the 12th Guards Missile Brigade.
