For mass heroism and bravery, fortitude and courage, displayed by the regiment’s personnel during combat operations to defend the Fatherland and state interests in armed conflicts, the President ruled to confer the honorary Guards designation on the 136^th Artillery Regiment that will, from now on, be referred to as the136^th Guards Artillery Regiment.
