For mass heroism and courage, fortitude and bravery displayed by the brigade’s personnel during combat operations to defend the Fatherland and state interests in conditions of armed conflicts, the President conferred the honorary Guards designation on the 140^th Orders of Kutuzov and Zhukov Borisov Surface to Air Missile Brigade, which will henceforth be referred to as the 140^th Guards Orders of Kutuzov and Zhukov Borisov Surface to Air Missile Brigade.
