Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On Awarding an Honorary Designation to the 337th Air Assault Regiment.
For mass heroism and courage, fortitude and bravery shown by the regiment personnel in combat operations to protect the Fatherland and state interests in armed conflicts, the President resolved to award the honorary Guards designation to the 337th Air Assault Regiment. From now on, it shall be referred to as the 337th Guards Air Assault Regiment.
