The President of Russia will attend an exhibition showcasing the results of the Russian Popular Front's efforts over the past three years, held under the motto of ”Everything for Victory!“ and will take part in a ceremony to present awards recognising efforts to provide aid to participants in the special military operation, their families, and civilians residing in Russia's new regions and border territories.

Later in the day, Vladimir Putin will take part, via videoconference, in the main plenary session of the 17th Background information BRICS BRICS summit, hosted by Brazil in Rio de Janeiro.

During the session, which will focus on peace and security, as well as the reforming of global governance institutions, the BRICS leaders will discuss prospects for further political, economic, and cultural cooperation within the organisation, and exchange views on some of the most pressing international issues. A final declaration is to be adopted at the conclusion of the event.
