The President signed Executive Order On Awarding an Honorary Designation to the 1st Order of Lenin Air and Missile Defenсe Army.
For mass heroism and bravery, fortitude and courage displayed by the 1st Order of Lenin Air and Missile Defence Army personnel during combat operations to defend the Fatherland and state interests in armed conflicts, the President awarded the honorary Moscow designation to the 1st Order of Lenin Air and Missile Defence Army, which shall henceforth be referred to as the 1st Moscow Order of Lenin Air and Missile Defence Army.
