Dmitry Medvedev signed the Order On Establishing a Federal State Institution of General Education, Orenburg Presidential Cadet Academy.
The Presidential Cadet Academy in the city of Orenburg (Volga Federal District) will be administered by Russia’s Defence Ministry.
