In a telephone conversation, Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, General Nikolai Makarov, reported to the President on the successful test launch of the Bulava intercontinental ballistic missile.

This latest, 13^th test underwater launch of a Bulava missile was made from Dmitry Donskoi nuclear submarine in the White Sea to the Kura Range in Kamchatka.
