Dmitry Medvedev signed Executive Order appointing Mikhail Babich to the post of Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District.
The President also signed the Executive Order releasing Grigory Rapota from the post of Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District, following his appointment to another post.
