Vladimir Putin signed an Executive Order appointing Alexander Fomin Director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, releasing him from his previous duties. Earlier Alexander Fomin held the post of First Deputy Director of the Federal Service.
Vladimir Putin also signed an Executive Order releasing Mikhail Dmitriyev from his duties as Director of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation.
