The President signed executive orders on new appointments:

Nikolai Konstantinov has been appointed Chief of the Presidential Secretariat;

Sergei Osipov has been appointed Chief of the Presidential Information and Documentation Directorate;

Mikhail Mikhailovsky has been appointed Chief of the Presidential Directorate for Correspondence from Citizens and Organisations;

Vladislav Kitayev has been appointed Chief of the Presidential Protocol Office;

Vladimir Chernov has been appointed Chief of the Presidential Directorate for Interregional Relations and Cultural Contacts with Foreign Countries;

Yury Voronin has been appointed Chief of the Presidential Directorate for Socioeconomic Cooperation with Commonwealth of Independent States Member Countries, the Republic of Abkhazia, and the Republic of South Ossetia.
