Vladimir Putin signed an executive order amending the Provisions on the State Council of the Russian Federation.
In accordance with the document, the State Council’s composition will be expanded to include Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoys to the Federal Districts, top state officials (heads of the highest executive bodies of state power) of the Russian Federation and State Duma party faction leaders.
