Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On Disciplinary Action against the Education and Science Minister of the Russian Federation, Regional Development Minister of the Russian Federation, and Labour and Social Protection Minister of the Russian Federation.
The President signed the Executive Order in agreement with the Russian Prime Minister’s suggestion to take disciplinary action against several federal ministers.
Disciplinary measures in the form of a reprimand are being taken against Education and Science Minister Dmitry Livanov, Regional Development Minister Oleg Govorun, and Labour and Social Protection Minister Maxim Topilin.
