Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order On Early Termination of Mandate of Novgorod Region Governor.
Following Novgorod Region Governor Sergei Mitin’s request to step down from office ahead of term, the President accepted Mr Mitin’s resignation and appointed Andrei Nikitin Acting Governor of the region until an elected governor takes office.
