Meeting participants included Deputy Chairman of the Commission and  Background information Rostec Corporation Rostec State Corporation CEO Sergei Chemezov, representatives of federal and regional executive bodies, representatives of state corporations and organisations in the space and transport industries, navigation and information technology, and nonprofit and professional aviation organisations.

The participants discussed state policy in the area of certifying light aircraft (including unmanned aerial systems), as well as proposals to create a competitive environment for registering civil aircraft in Russia, including the use of opportunities offered by special administrative areas in Kaliningrad Region and in Primorye Territory.

In addition, participants heard reports on drafting a strategy for the development of general-purpose aviation and implementing a project to create a unified system of sanitary aviation evacuation in our country.
