Participants in the regular meeting reviewed the creation of a management personnel pool in Russia and work with such personnel.
They identified the main areas for improving the legal framework, technologies and algorithms of managing the personnel pool.
The meeting also heard proposals on raising the efficiency of professional development for members of the personnel pool.
Following the meeting, its participants adopted a resolution on the need to further develop the institute of the management personnel pool and the appropriate procedure.
