The President signed Executive Order On the Acting Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Following the request from Krasnoyarsk Territory Governor Alexander Uss to resign ahead of term, the President resolved to accept his voluntary resignation and appoint Mikhail Kotyukov Acting Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory until the elected Governor of the region takes office.
