Dmitry Medvedev issued instructions to Prime Minister Vladimir Putin to ensure that top managers of state corporations and companies submit declarations of their income and property.
Instructions have been issued to ensure that top managers of state corporations and companies, as well as joint-stock companies where the state has a blocking stake, submit declarations of their income, property and property liabilities, as well as the income, property and property liabilities of their spouses and underage children for 2011 and subsequent years.
Instructions have also been issued to take measures aimed at preventing the participation of affiliated persons in the contracts concluded by state corporations and companies, as well as joint stock companies where the state has a blocking stake.
